Can you arrange airport and port transfers?
Yes. Transportation can be arranged on request — send us your flight details and we will help you get from the airport and jetty port to Bale Mi.
How many guests can stay in a room?
Both room types are good for up to four guests. An extra single or queen mattress can be added when you book.
Is there Wi-Fi and a kitchen?
Every room has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV and a kitchenette with a refrigerator. A common kitchen is also available for an extra charge.
How can I pay?
Resort bills can be paid in cash, by GCash or by bank transfer.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets and animals are not allowed, and all rooms are non-smoking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancelling a confirmed booking is charged at 50% of the total (100% within 14 days of arrival). Stricter rules apply in peak season — see our terms & conditions.
