The customer is responsible for payment of their booking through bank. If no cancellation has been received and you fail to show up at the hotel, you are responsible for the full amount of your booking value.
Boracay is a small yet very popular island and accommodation can be very limited during peak seasons. Therefore, a stricter cancellation policy is implemented at these times. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking.
In the event you do not show for the first night of your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled for subsequent nights unless alternate arrangements have been made with Bale Mi Boracay.
All prices are based on the Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency Conversions are based on public
online sources and are approximate.
Our on-site staff are available between 7:00 AM-08:00 PM only, should you arrive outside of these hours, we need to organize our staff to be here to meet you. To facilitate your check-in, may we kindly request you to send us your arrival flight details (airline, flight number, arrival time), so that we know what time to expect you to the resort.
Additionally, we would like to inform you of the following resort policies:
-Standard check-in time is 2PM and standard check-out time is 12NN. Early check-ins (up to 2 hours) will be allowed without additional fee; however, you will be charged an additional P1,000.00 in excess of 2 hours. As for late check-outs, this is allowed without fee up to 2 hours after Standard Check out but you will be charged an additional P1,000.00 in excess of 2 hours, and 50% of your room rate for in excess of 6 hours. This is subject to availability of the rooms and is not guaranteed.
Cancellation and Change of Reservation Policy
*If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged.
*If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date or the customer does not show up, the entire booking amount will be charged.
Peak Season Special Cancellation Policy
For any reservation that includes peak season dates the cancellation policy is as follows:
*If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation 100% of the total amount will be charged.
*If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check-in date or the customer does not show up, the entire booking amount will be charged.

*Amendments to a booking will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will be dependent upon room availability. The cancellation policy will apply for any changes in the reservation;
shortening of stay, change of date, reduction in the number of rooms, or change of room type. Minor revisions, such as change of name or other guest details, are limited to one time without penalty. These are terms and conditions agreed to by the guest at time of booking.
