Dear guest, the management of Bale Mi Boracay welcomes you to our resort. We politely ask for your cooperation in observing the following house rules and regulations — they are designed to give you a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Check-in & check-out
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability. Late check-out is free for up to 2 hours after standard check-out; beyond that, an additional 50% of your room rate applies. Early check-in of more than 4 hours is charged at an additional 50% of your room rate.
- For late check-out, please arrange it with the front office one day before departure.
- Shortening your stay is treated as a cancellation, with or without prior notice. No refund will be made and payments are forfeited.

Visitors, keys & payment
- Visitors of in-house guests may not stay in the room after 10:00 PM without registering at the front desk. Visitors staying past 10:00 PM beyond the room’s regular occupancy are charged an extra bed fee.
- Please return your key at check-out. A lost or damaged key card is charged at PHP 500.00 each — please tell the front office right away.
- Resort bills are payable in cash, GCash or by bank transfer.
- Room make-up is available on request from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please let the front office know in advance if you need special arrangements.

During your stay
- Please help us protect the environment and use water and electricity wisely.
- Please do not disturb other guests with loud noise in rooms, hallways and public areas.
- Please take care of the resort’s property. Intentional damage caused by you or your visitors will be charged to your account.
- Flammable or explosive substances and objects with unpleasant odours are not allowed on the premises.
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Please follow the nationwide smoking ban.
- Pets and animals are not allowed in the resort.
- Please do not move furniture or interfere with the electrical network or other installations without the management’s consent.
- Please do not obstruct walkways and garden areas (for example with kitesurfing or diving equipment). Photography, filming or recording for commercial purposes requires permission.
- Henna tattoos stain sheets and towels permanently; a fee per item applies if resort linen is stained.
- Safety deposit boxes are provided for valuables, jewellery and documents. The resort is not responsible for items that are not stored in them — ask the front office for help.
The management reserves the right to change these house rules without notice. All guests are deemed to have been notified of these house rules.
