House Rules

Dear Guest:         

 

The Management of Bale Mi Boracay would like to welcome you to our Resort and we politely request your cooperation in observing the following House Rules and Regulations. These regulations are designed to provide you a comfortable and pleasant stay.

 

  • Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM while check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and subject to the following charges:
  • An additional 50% of your room rate for in excess of 4 hours. As for late check-outs, this is allowed without fee up to 2 hours after Standard Check out but you will be charged an additional 50% of your room rate for in excess of 2 hours. This is subject to availability of the rooms and is not guaranteed.
  • For late check-out request: please make arrangements with Front Office 1 (one) day before departure.
  • Shortening of stay shall be considered as cancellation with or without prior notice. Furthermore, no refund will be made and payments will be forfeited.
  • Visitors of in-house guests are not allowed to stay in the guest’s room after 10:00 PM without registering at the Front Desk.
  • This rule is on the condition that the guest was not able to maximize the allowed regular occupancy for the room assigned. Any visitor/s staying in the room past 10:00PM will be charged an Extra Bed Fee if it goes beyond the allowed number of regular occupants assigned in each room.
  • Please return the key at check out, in case of damaged or loss of your key card please inform the Front Office Agent of the incident, lost key charge Php 500.00 each.
  • Resort bills are payable in CASH, GCASH or through bank transfer.
  • Standard Make up of room is upon request from 8:00AM to 6:00PM. Please inform Front Office in advance should you require special arrangements.
  • During your stay, please preserve our environment and be rational in water and electricity use.
  • Please do not disturb other Resort guests by loud noises in rooms, hallways, and public areas.
  • Please take care of the Resort’s property. All intentional damages occurring during your stay by you or your visitor shall be charged to your accoun
  • Easily flammable and explosive substances and materials, as w ell as objects with unpleasant odor, are not allowed on Resort premises.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Strictly follow Nationwide Smoking Ban.
  • Pets and animals are not allowed in the Resort.
  • Guests may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the rooms or on the premises of the Resort without the consent of the Resort Management.
  • Guests are not allowed to engage in any act that may impede in the operation and/or damage the property of the Resort including but not limited to  placing/arranging  of  kite  surfing  and  scuba  diving  equipment  and  other  equipment  in  the  walk w ay  and  lawn/garden area, unauthorized photography, videotaping, recording of any kind for commercial purposes and any other activities.
  • Guest is reminded that Henna Tattoo is permanent on sheets and towels. Please be advised that if staining occurs on Resort property, a fee is applicable per item.
  • Safety deposit box are provided for your valuables, jewelry and documents, the Resort does not assume responsibility for their possible disappearance. Please ask Front Office for assistance regarding safety box service.

 

The Management reserves the right to change House Rules without notice. It is deemed that all guest/s have been duly notified of these House Rules.
